为了提高滑靴的拉脱强度,可以将滑靴的收口部位加厚。滑靴的球面圆柱度和椭圆度不大于0.003mm,与柱塞球头铆合时的径向间隙应不大于0.01mm,与柱塞球头的接触面积不小于70%。滑靴的材料可采用青铜或高强度的黄铜制造。要特别注意材料中心不允许有疏松和偏析,否则容易引起疲劳强度损坏。 配油盘是轴向柱塞泵主要零件之一,用以隔离和分配吸、排油液以及承受由高速旋转的缸体传来的轴向载荷。它的设计好坏直接影响泵的效率和寿命。。

自动轴与衬套磨损后的修复齿 轮泵自动轴与衬套磨损后,其共同间隙增大,必将影响泵的油量。可采用修自动轴或衬套的办法恢复其正常的共同间隙。若自动轴磨损细微,只需压出旧衬套后换上规范尺寸的衬套,共同间隙便可恢复到答应局限。若自动轴与衬套磨损严峻且共同间隙严峻超标时,不只要改换衬套,并且自动轴也使用镀铬或振动堆焊法将其直径加大,然后再磨削到规范尺寸,恢复与衬套的共同要求。。
