齿轮泵是液压传动系统中常用的液压元件, 在结构上可分为外啮合齿轮泵和内啮合齿轮泵大类。外啮合齿轮泵的优点是结构简单、尺寸小、重量轻、制造维护方便、价格低廉、工作可靠、自吸能力强、对油液污染不***等。缺点是齿轮承受不平衡的径向液压力, 轴承磨损严重, 工作压力的提高受到限制; 流量脉动大, 导致系统压力脉动大,噪声高。内啮合齿轮泵结构紧凑、尺寸小、重量轻, 并且由于齿轮同向旋转, 相对滑动速度小、磨损轻微、使用寿命长、流量脉动远比外啮合齿轮泵小, 因而压力脉动和噪声都比较小。内啮合齿轮泵允许使用较高的转速, 可获得较高的容积效率。
2.马达工况:马达的作用是将液压能转变为机械能.当高压油从马达的进油口通过配流盘高压窗口进入缸体柱塞孔内, 推动柱塞运动, 由于缸体轴线与主轴轴线成一夹角,液压力通过连杆作用于主轴上, 产生一个切向力, 推动主轴旋转, 输出扭矩。同时工作过的油液借助于缸体的惯性旋转,被挤出柱塞孔,通过配油盘的低压窗口,从马达排油口排出。

另外还存在材料金相组织稳定的问题,众所周知,钢在淬火后总是会有残余的奥氏体,该体长时间会转变成密度小的马氏体。这样一来,会使零件尺寸变形,减少间隙。这个因素基本是估计不到的。所以,从这个观点来看,柱塞采用刃量具钢为好,或者说采用时效或者冷处理,来稳定金相组织。这个问题在间隙小时就显得尤为重要了。
